Designed to create the illusion of a tropical summer, our Havana cake is made with a coconut Dacquoise and layers of exotic Pabana mousse (passionfruit, banana, and mango), coconut mousse and a zesty punch of passionfruit and mango Gelee. Finished with a vivid yellow glaze and finished off with delicate edible blooms.
