A modern twist on an old classic

Our modern interpretation of a classic dessert, this cake combines a delicious dark choc sponge using Callebaut Belgium chocolate. Soaked in cherry-kirsch syrup with layers of chocolate mousse and black sour cherry Gelee. Finished with white chocolate whipped ganache and Amarena cherries.
